This position is responsible for supporting the end-to-end operation for issuing policies and endorsements. Working in close collaboration with the sales and underwriting, it offers dynamism and interaction with different areas, people and activities.

About the Role

As a Business Services Analyst, we expect you to be an expert on the subject and understand the main concepts of Rural insurance (agricultural, livestock and rural damage), understand how to add value to the business chain: processes, policy issuance, payments and security requirements conformity.

You will be responsible for issuing policies and endorsements for Rural insurance, supporting internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issuance of policies and endorsements;
• Lead the development and training of analysts;
• Management of standard operational processes and internal controls (compliance and regulatory);
• Deal with complex, non-standardized processes and triage priorities;
• Participation in small projects, meetings and development programs, representing Operations;
• Involvement with other business areas, supporting and analyzing processes, proposing improvements for the teams;
• Definition of requirements and participation in tests, to support systemic development.

Essential

-1-3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations/underwriting.

-General knowledge and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, whether in operations or underwriting.

-Technical Skills;

-Office Package - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus);

-Knowledge about Rural Insurance;

-Experiences with Brokers/Insurance Company;

-Customer Service;

-Intermediate English (Spanish will be an advantage);

-Graduated or studying: Business Administration, Accounting, Insurance Management or Actuarial Science.

Responsabilidades-chave:

• Emissão de apólice e endossos;
• Liderar o desenvolvimento e formação de analistas;
• Administração dos processos operacionais padrões e controles internos (compliance e regulatórios);
• Lidar com processos complexos, não padronizados e triar prioridades;
• Participação em pequenos projetos, reuniões e programas de desenvolvimentos, representando Operações;
• Envolvimento com demais áreas de negócios, apoiando e analisando os processos, propondo melhorias para as equipes;
• Definição de requisitos e participação em testes, para apoio em desenvolvimento sistêmico.

Essenciais

-1-3 anos de experiência em seguros, operações/subscrição.

-Conhecimento geral e/ou exposição a disciplinas de seguros, especialmente em Rurais, seja em operações ou subscrição.

-Pacote Office - Proficiência em Excel, Word, Outlook e adicionalmente em Power BI

-Conhecimento sobre Seguros Rurais;

-Vivências com Corretores/Seguradoras;

-Atendimento ao Cliente;

-Inglês Intermediário (espanhol será um diferencial)

-Formado ou cursando: Administração, Gestão de Seguros ou Ciências Atuariais.
