Clay is an immersive operating system designed to modernize real estate development, leasing, and marketing processes for multifamily and single-family rental developers. Our team is looking for a skilled 3D artist with strong Unreal Engine experience to help us create stunning interior apartment walkthroughs.

We're focused on residential interiors used for sales and marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structured pipelines, ensuring the delivery of visually compelling content while maintaining architectural accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality interior apartment scenes in Unreal Engine
• Work with AI-generated and hand-modeled assets
• Author and apply realistic PBR materials using Adobe Substance
Maintain visual consistency across multiple units and projects
