    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support high-volume recruiting operations. This role offers daily exposure to the U.S. market and a clear growth path for those who want to build an international career in recruitment.



    About the Role



    This fully remote position involves working directly with U.S. recruiting teams, Monday through Friday from 1 PM – 10 PM (BRT). The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates.



    Responsibilities




    • Sourcing and pre-qualification of candidates for U.S. clients,

    • Maintaining updated databases (ATS and job boards),

    • Drafting and updating job descriptions and candidate profiles,
