    Your Role

  • Analyzing and creating purchase requisitions based on the requirements outlined in the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system.
  • Managing the creation, transmission, and tracking of purchase orders for raw materials from our suppliers.
  • Optimizing key financial indicators such as Working Capital and Days on Hand through effective material planning strategies.
  • Establishing appropriate inventory coverage levels for each product to meet area-specific performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with the technical buyer to forecast input demands, facilitating optimized negotiations with suppliers and reducing costs.
  • Implementing strategies to minimize obsolete materials and managing actions for slow-moving or non-moving items.
  • Conducting simulations for the phase-in/phase-out of products to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Controlling and executing the planning of obsolete materials as indicated by quality standards.
  • Preparing and analyzing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports related to demand processes, including forecast accuracy and excess inventory.
  • Monitoring and improving various KPIs, including Days on Hand (DOH), On-time Delivery (OTD), Forecast Accuracy, Air Freight Import, Shelf Life Risk, Available Raw Material, Average Stock Value, Obsolete Inventory, and On-Time Request (OTR).

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or any other with some Supply Chain background.
  • SAP knowledge/experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical reasoning.
  • Advanced or Fluent English.
