Job Title: Digital Logistics Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting our e-commerce transportation operation in North America. The specialist will work with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to execute daily transportation management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze weekly and monthly on-time delivery metrics (OTD) for North America.


• Collaborate with Transportation carriers for root cause analysis and action plans.


• Update, automate, and monitor centralized KPI boards.
