    SummaryThe Interest Management Squad aims to maintain products that control the balance of customer assets.

    The main goal is to provide all needed services to offer a great experience for the customer to maintain your interest-bearing account and all necessary resources.

    What you'll doWrites code that their peers regard as high quality;Provides context and clarity to their work through documentation, proposals and books so that the team can easily understand what's being built, why it was done that way, and how it can be built upon;Proactively identifies problems in our product or platform;Proactively seeks and gives timely, actionable feedback to their team.

    Feedback given has a positive impact on the overall contribution of others and their team;
    Regularly mentors other engineers, particularly those less experienced than themselves. Able to onboard new engineers into their team;
    Improves areas of the code they work on.
