    About the Role:

    • Setting appointments with leads and converting them into customers

    • Friendly communication skills via text message system to engage warm leads on time
    • The ability to book appointments efficiently

    A highly skilled individual who can manage their workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity is required for this role. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    The successful candidate will be given various projects to perform within set deadlines. Their major responsibility is setting up appointments between our clients' leads and sales representatives.


    You are expected to reply quickly via a digital messaging platform in response to new leads, so as not delay the process of getting these potential customers onto your calendar or contacting another salesperson if needed.

    This position requires strong problem-solving skills because sometimes there may come unexpected problems during negotiations such as rescheduling times due unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather etcetera!
    If successful at resolving such issues promptly then it could lead towards achieving higher conversion rates over longer periods!
