    Job summary:

    The business partner, is a profession that goes far beyond controls and processes. In general, this "partner" should be able to contribute to, lead and evaluate the financial development of the business division, focusing on the proper flow and calculation of financial figures, guiding the partners in the process on their operating impacts and minimizing risks, ensuring compliance in the financial statements (P&L) and constantly seeking to optimize deliveries.

    This professional must be highly resilient and capable of dealing with difficulties, with a clinical eye that is able to alert possible impacts on accounting closures.

    A strategic vision of the business and function must be the essence of this professional.

    Therefore, it is essential that this professional can map processes and notify the Company of possible impacts related to the changes brought about by the ERP migration (S4 - HANA).

    Attributions:

    Analyzing accounting entries using the general ledger;

    Ensuring that the entries made in the income statement are duly recognized;

    Developing and preparing the profit and loss account (P&L), analyzing and consolidating income and expenses, actual and forecast, describing the main variations;

    Calculating and monitoring performance between actual and budget, analyzing indicators (e.g. EBITDA and EBIT);

    Preparing accounting / management reports on the progress of the business division with the KPI(s) aligned with the corporate;

    Preparing monthly control reports (operating costs/expenses/financials) in order to show the figures that reflect the economic situation of this "function" business division;

    Providing regular presentations to the corporate team and acting as a business partner with a view to improving business performance.

    Meeting and monitoring the demands of independent auditors;

    Being present at the monthly accounting closing;

    Making entries / reclassifications for proper appropriation in the income statements;

    interacting with operational managers to improve and develop new views of reports that fulfill their requirements and create conditions for decision-making;

    Carrying out tests with the documentary supports, highlighting issues in the processes/systems and constructing an analytical overview in order to validate the results presented in Incorrido vc Buget and Forecast;

    Making sure that all deadlines for sending reports are met.

    Requirements:

    Completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration and/or Economics;

    Language skills - English (advanced/ fluent); Working presence with the global business division and other subsidiaries;

    Experience in handling large databases (Excel);

    Proficiency in Excel, B.I, VBA, Macros and other Excel add-ins;

    Experience with ERP - SAP (S4 Hana / latest version) and/or SAP -ECC.
