Job Title: Transportation Operations Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our e-Commerce Transportation Operation for North America. They will work with carriers, customers and internal stakeholders to execute daily transportation management functions following documented SOPs and providing status updates to the hiring manager.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Track & trace

global e-Commerce shipments in North America (sales, returns, trade-ins, replacements) to identify possible delays and create action to troubleshoot (only when needed).
• Analyze weekly on-time delivery metrics(OTD) for North America. Proactively collaborate with the Transportation carriers for root cause analysis and action plans.
iKPI boards automatically. resolve escalations from customers
and/or internal stakeholders regarding shipment status all the way until resolution by collaborating with Transportaton carriers
