Job ResponsibilitiesSpearhead strategic analysis of business processes within the shared services center, employing advanced methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and operational excellence.

Lead cross-functional teams in comprehensive assessments to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maximize cost-effectiveness.
Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to support evidence-based decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Presenting data and insights in a clear and understandable manner, using visualizations and narratives as needed.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Assist the Head of Shared Services to design and implement agile, scalable processes that anticipate and adapt to evolving business needs.

Skills & ExperiencesA Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or any major.
Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Office.
