    • Negotiate, draft, and review various agreements, ranging from leases to construction contracts (mandatory), and from NDAs to cleaning contracts.
    • Collaborate closely with lease managers, lease admins, construction, facility, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Set and enforce legal standards, templates, and strategies to ensure compliance with local legislation.
    • Stay updated on global legal requirements and standards, supporting your market to continuously enhance our legal standards.
    • Manage and oversee litigation, as well as conduct due diligence to identify and analyze associated risks and consequences.
    • Monitor and minimize external legal costs, including the management of external legal suppliers.
    • Assist with tendering processes, such as the tendering of legal services or other procurement needs.
    • Continuously update and enhance our contracts to maximize our protection.
    • Provide internal training on relevant legal areas to maintain high team competence levels.

    • Bachelor's degree in Law.
    • Minimum of 3 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) as an In-house Lawyer or at an external Law Firm
    • Primary focus on real estate law, complemented by knowledge of other areas such as commercial law, company law, labor law, and general contract law.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Thorough and detail-oriented.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrates a strong sense of integrity and rational thinking.
    • Organized and structured approach to work.
    • Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, along with being open-minded and flexible

Additionally, you provide legal advice on leases and other commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with global standards, safeguarding our company, and ensuring compliance. You will also have the opportunity to support the company's launch in Brazil and provide legal support to other countries in the region.
