    Job Title: Appointment Setter

    This is a full-time role that involves setting appointments with leads, requiring strong written and spoken English skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    You will be responsible for replying via text message systems to warm leads on time, booking appointments, making phone calls and asking qualifying questions. Full training will be provided.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Setting appointments with new customers
    • Communicating effectively through text messages or phone calls
    • Maintaining accurate records of interactions


      • Strong English language proficiency
      • Ability to work in New York Time (8:30 am - 5 pm)
      • Excellent communication and organisational skills
