    Your work will directly drive sales across Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms—with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles and flexible workflow adjustments as needed.


    • Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + After Effects;
    • Strong level of fluent English fluency (hard requirement);
    • Understanding of Meta/YouTube Shorts specs and algorithm-friendly editing patterns;
