    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage ticket administration and vacation support, ensuring compliance with labor laws for employer-employee relationships.
    • Emit and organize relevant documentation.
    • Emit reports and documents according to agreed-upon service scopes with clients.
    • Incorporate data into systems related to vacation processes.
    • Generate vacation kits.
    • Emit managerial reports.

    Differentiators

    • Experience working with high-volume data processing.
    • Knowledge and experience in the business area of outsourcing or accounting (service provider).
    • Languages: English and/or Spanish.
