Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to fill the role of Engagement Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Professional Services or customer-facing technical project management roles, preferably within the CRM space.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating business needs into clear application and customer requirements. They should be able to produce design documentation based on business requirements and collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements.

• Understand business requirements and processes of customers and translate them into specific functional specifications;
• Facilitate negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders;
