Reflections about the Work

The bees work together, each with their own function (I mention the bees because of the group's theme), rescuing pollen, producing honey, and the hive is the result of hard work. If we look human from above we will see that our society is a very similar process ... the individual with the effort of his work produces something, and in a group the process is streamlined ...

That means ... just like bees we are an organized group, which maintains its rhythm, its structure, in an automatic routine. Many of us live by questioning the social course, but the process is continuous.

If we look more deeply, we will see that work is the fundamental part of the whole course of our existence as a society, and its development was and will be much more complex than we imagine, from it and from the power of the working groups was born every basis of philosophy, Base of research, science, development, its structure and technology, progressing, progressing both in knowledge and in the evolution of techniques. Until we reach this modern social structure that we are living today, just as the next generations will have to experience the future and the transformations of the condition of work and its process of construction and transformation. We are deceived who sees the work only as a form of subsistence, it is part of our essence, that leads and develops us both philosophically, morally, socially and technically. Work is part of our condition, and without it we lose our dignity.
