Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager Trainee to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Brazil.

This is an entry-level position, perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow within the commercial area of our business.

The role will provide you with hands-on experience in business development, client prospecting, and overall support for our commercial operations.

Assist in identifying potential clients and conducting outreach via cold calls.
Learn about various aspects of business development including market research, competitive analysis, sales strategy formulation etc.
Support the commercial team by participating in meetings and contributing ideas for improvement.
Gather data on consumer behavior to help shape future strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the company's activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Aid senior management as needed during strategic planning sessions or projects

This apprenticeship role (Jovem Aprendiz contract) offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while learning from seasoned professionals. It is designed not only to equip you with valuable skills but also pave your way towards becoming a successful manager at Amaris Consulting

About You

You are currently on the first semesters of undergraduate program in Business Administration or related field;
You have strong verbal & written communication skills - fluency in English is mandatory
You're comfortable making cold calls - no fear of rejection
You have strong analytical skills - you can interpret data and make informed decisions.
You are proactive, taking initiative in tasks and asking for help when needed.
You possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
