IT Strategy - IT Senior Manager to be in
São Paulo .


Purpose:

The IT Strategy Sr.

Manager is a key role within our TS organization, that will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives across J&J Technology teams.


This area is strategic for the successful implementation of Global, Regional TS initiatives as well as business projects, ensuring E2E management and achievement of business outcomes and contributes with its experience and expertise to other JJT areas on the deployment of their initiatives, leveraging resources with knowledge on J&J processes, people, and environment, which allows speed up the deliveries.


You will be responsible for:


Manage:

TS Strategy:

  • Suggesting improvements to existing TS strategies to drive growth.
  • Build Technology Services Total Experience strategy.
  • Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects.
  • Supporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials.
  • Managing and contributing to strategic projects utilizing problem solving frameworks.
  • Stakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executives.
  • Defining problems and strategic solutions scoping, analyzing, preparing and presenting strategy checks.
  • Conducting strategic research.
  • Identifying issues, developing hypotheses and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision makers.
  • Providing active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projects.
  • Developing an indepth understanding of our Technology Services area and business market forces.
  • Developing a reporting schedule of all Executive reporting team and designated committees.
Vendor Strategy

  • Develops and manage external relationships with strategic TS vendors ensure successful delivery for our Chapters and area Leads.
  • Work closely with Sourcing team to define and hold strategic vendors to high performance standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and maintain vendor performance metrics on technical, process and business outcomes, such as innovation, competitive advantage, and increased revenue.
  • Finance Strategy
  • Develop datadriven analyses, business cases, and evaluation criteria for growth and efficiencyoriented initiatives.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with OPS IT to support grow target evaluation
  • Work closely and directly with OPS IT team to support financial goal setting and financial planning.
  • Process excellence
  • Accountable for creating and driving the strategy and vision of Process Excellence across TS landscape, ensuring alignment and where required adaption to cultural and local regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining a framework that delivers a shared structure and consistency that enables cross functional and collaborative working across the TS organization.
  • Provides oversight to the Process Excellence team, ensuring opportunities are assessed, selected, and prioritized with a strategic lens. Relationship Management
