Responsibilities:


  • Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity.
  • Strengthens customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence.
  • Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintains service levels according to business prioritization
  • Differentiates between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/costeffective solution.
  • Supports commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.

Required qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Intermediate Spanish level is required.
  • Intermediate English level
  • The work schedule for this job is aligned to the Mexico time zone.

Your preferred qualifications include:

  • Understanding of Foreign trade and import/export.
  • Accountability, communication, and proactivity skills.
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Clientfacing skills.
  • Easiness to create rapport with customers.
  • Microsoft Office is required (mainly Outlook and Excel).
  • Selforganized and motivated person.
  • Easiness to create rapport with customers.
  • Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand the importance of following company guides and procedures
  • Experience in Customer Service will be considered as differentiation.
  • Knowledge in Power BI will be considered as differentiation.
