Job Purpose:

Accountable for client services (support technical tickets) against agreed upon SLA's. - Support Noc & SOC areas. Attend tickets and troubleshooting as calls come in from our clients.

Basic Troubleshooting


Knowledge Skills and Experience:

>1 to 3 Years

Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.


Working Conditions:

Remote / Work-from-home.

On-call availability required as necessary.
