Amazon Brazil is looking for a dynamic and motivated executive to drive selection growth in Marketplace and work with a cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to offer the best selection to our customers.

The Selection Program Manager will own the selection-based solutions focused on programmatic, product and data projects.

This position will own the customer insights and selection data to provide the guidance to Sales and Sellers, while will support the Selection strategy for Brazil.


This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities based on Customers' behavior, build relationships with key decision-makers within the executive teams, and work along with cross-functional ensure selection productivity to meet and exceed Customer requirements.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the ecommerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of Customer's needs and available products to drive selection from digital and brick&mortar sellers/suppliers.
  • Transform Customer insights into selection growth opportunities and develop the leads pipeline required to fulfill Customer's needs.
  • Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.
  • Manage numerous selection data, perform complex analysis and digest the information into actionable insights.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the selection funnel across channels and product families. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Support on 3P Selection strategy definition across channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Tech, Marketing, Ops, and Sales teams across Mexico, Brazil, US, and other marketplaces.
