Role Summary:
The job is to oversee the performance of the employees in the plantation.

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Working to maximise the production quality of plantation.
Implementation and monitoring of budgets to ensure overhead costs are managed.
The coordination and control of harvesting operations.
Heading the implementation and timely completion of upkeep work programs in the plantation.
Ensuring plantation operations are appropriately staffed and labour requirements met.
Ensuring the welfare of plantation employees is maintained.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field.

- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. - Willing to relocate to the job location.
