Job Summary:

Ensure compliance with TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) process and tools.

Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience.

Support development, deployment, improvement of maintenance recommendations for Processing equipment.

This position is based on Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brasil.

Tetra Pak does not provide work visa or relocation support for this role.

What you will do:

As Maintenance Specialist you will:

Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance recommendation via advanced analysis.
Participate in development of maintenance recommendation for Processing equipment's.
Support maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance management to secure system performance.
Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution.
Support reviewing maintenance recommendations on request by sales team (Single Sales, Service Contract).
Participate in continuous improvement of process, tools, and competence for maintenance.

We believe you have:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Science
Experience in a technical role in Processing (It will be a plus)
Knowledge of Processing equipment's
Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
Very good level of English (Must)
Team player, sociable, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
Paying attention to details, analytical mindset, results driven attitude
