  • Function Strategy / Define and Deploy strategy & footprint
  • Function Internal Standards / Manage Standards Governance, Define Standards Communication
  • Function External Standards / Manage External Standards Governance
  • Function External Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements, Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations Deployment
  • Function Transversal Process & Tools / Contribute to Transversal Processes & Tools Governance
  • Function Human Resources / Define & Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Manage Workforce, Staffing & organization, World Class Manufacturing network
  • Function Finance / Prepare Budget, Manage Budget construction, Release Final Budget, Review Budget
  • Function Performance / Define performance KPIs, KPIs targets, Collect Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Consolidate Monthly KPIs (Tenders / Define Reference libraries content, Manage Reference libraries update (Supply Chain scope), Manage Supply Chain standard sizing tools for Tenders)_
