Under close supervision, you will classify, examine, and analyze accounting records, prepare financial reports and statements and perform special projects as assigned.


How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support accounting and external reporting activities including preparation of journal entries, journal adjustments and recording of all relevant transactions in your area of scope to ensure that financial records are accurate. You will also conduct balance sheet reconciliations
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment and comply with Mondelēz International's AER policies. You will also support audit activities and provide information on an auditor's request
  • Perform special projects and analyses as requested
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. You will also identify opportunities to improve ways of working in your area of responsibility
  • Contribute to a highperforming Accounting and External Reporting (AER) team. You will also invest in your personal development

What you will bring

You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in accounting and external reporting including and strong analytical skills. Knowledge in policy, controls and compliance
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and a basic understanding of the role of finance in business
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including strong communication skills. Team player with a drive to deliver results
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and financial system knowledge
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values, policies and external regulations

Atuação em todas as Retenções, Impostos e Contribuições na Fonte:
ISS (ISSQN) - Impostos

PIS/COFINS

Conciliação CIAP (ICMS, PIS e Cofins)

Escrituração Fiscal, análise de lançamentos nos livros fiscais (Entrada, Saída, Apuração - ICMS, IPI, ICMS_ST, Diferença de Alíquota) - Créditos e Débitos de Impostos


Quais ingredientes extras você trará

:

Noções básicas sobre PIS COFINS, ICMS, ISS e IPI

Pró-atividade

Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe

Foco na solução de problemas

Organização e senso de priorização


Educação / Certificações

:

Cursando nível superior em Contabilidade ou Administração de Empresas

Inglês será um diferencial


Requisitos desejáveis para o trabalho

:


Serão considerados diferenciais:
Familiaridade e facilidade com sistemas de tecnologia, como SAP (Módulos MM, SD e FI) e Mastersaf, parametrização desses sistemas

Conhecimento dos sistemas fiscais públicos, e preferencialmente na solução fiscal Mastersaf

Conhecimento do pacote Office (Excel especialmente - nível intermediário)

Conhecimento em Power BI
