The scope includes managing strategic channel partners (building/accelerating their sales pipeline to thrive) and developing key downstream end-users (e.g. prospection, value prop selling, wear trials, negotiation and closure). It also requires ability to accelerate new product introduction and sustainability projects (e.g. packaging reduction, recycling) at customer-level, strong cross-collaboration with customer and internal areas and ability to lead by influence peers in sales to be successful.


Tyvek is an unique product design from a fabric-like material made from a patented flash-spinning process that creates an excellent barrier to dry particles, microorganisms, and non-hazardous liquids and is offered in a wide range of design and processing options to protect wearer and process from chemical contamination.


Key Individual Accountabilities - Channel Account Sales**:

  • Execute Garments Strategy and Growth in Brazil
  • Develop and lead execution of the key account strategies and marketing development programs
  • Manage all aspects of transactional relationships with direct customers including supply commitments, contracts, price, quality to position us as preferred supplier
  • Facilitate relationships between all levels of DuPont & customer
  • Accelerate growth at existing/new strategic endusers (e.g. LM, Aeris, Vale)
  • Increase our share of wallet in current endusers (full DuPont Personal Protection approach)
  • Accelerate New Product Introduction
  • Build & Nurture healthy sales pipeline in SFDC (account plan, opportunities, etc.)

Main requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
  • Sales experience, preferably 10+ years in different industries and managing large accounts
  • Creative/Out of the box thinking
  • English proficiency required, Spanish is a plus
  • Learning agility and business acumen capabilities
  • Work within highest ethical standards according to the company core values
  • High emotional intelligence, showing strong talent to negotiate, to influence and to active listen
  • Strong ability to communicate internally and externally with impact
  • Strong analytical skills to build, manage and accelerate with channel partners a healthy sales pipeline in CRM
