Main Responsibilities:

Mission:
Role requires a high level of analysis and sense of priority. Logistics Analyst must monitor
logistics process from beginning to end as well as offering solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Request pickup, delivery, and monitor arrival
  • Liaison between warehouse team, client, and vendors
  • Issue Material Receipt against warehouse information, PO, and invoice
  • Contact exporters for OS&D, discrepancy, and/or changes in export documents
  • Prepare commercial invoice and packing list in system
  • Oversee export process from start to end pickup to arrival at destination
  • Coordinate exports from the US or anywhere in North, Central, and South America
  • Issue onhand report
  • Enter and maintain information updated in the system
  • Maintain a professional interaction with agent, customs broker, warehouse team, and
client

  • Prepare shipping quotation as needed
  • Perform other operative duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:


This role typically works in an office environment, requires sitting for extended period, interaction with different departments, use MS Outlook and Excel, and make frequent local and international phone calls.

Employee may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday

  • College degree or equivalent freight forwarding experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year in import/export documentation analysis
  • Intermediate MS Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Positive attitude, team worker, and able to work independently
