The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support on processing and documenting Brazil local payroll and expat Payroll;
  • Guarantee the correct tax collection of labor charges (GPS, INSS, FGTS, IR, DIRF, RAIS etc.);
  • Interface with finance, accounting, tax, Legal and global mobility areas whenever needed;
  • Support on all personnel admin processes, such as employee's vacation plans, overtime and bank of hours, employee's leaves, employee's annual subscriptions to professional bodies relevant to their work and others, are in compliance with company's policies and procedures, and aligned with labor law / eSocial requirements;
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, including termination process (homologation);
  • Participate in audits performed internally and by external auditors;
  • Provide managerial reports based on payroll or personnel admin and for authorities or audits and complete cases received via Service Now related to employee's payment;
  • Ensure professional and positive service to our internal customers;
  • Analyze problems by conducting accurate and timely research in order to present possible solutions.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Solid experience with payroll processing and personnel admin routines;
  • Full knowledge of eSocial, Brazilian labour laws and Trade Union requirements;
  • Desirable knowledge on offshore payroll segment;
  • Bachelor ́s degree;
  • Advanced to fluent English proficiency;
  • Detail oriented, analytical and organized;
  • Work successfully in a fast paced, high volume and multitasking environment;
  • Interested in improvements, digitalization and automatization of administrative routine; proactive;
  • Customer oriented, professional and courteous to interact.
