Financial Planning Manager


As the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial performance.

This could be your everyday

  • Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans aligned with organization goals.
  • Forecasting: Develop quarterly forecast to provide visibility into financial performance and facilitate proactive decisionmaking. Analyze trends and variances to forecast accuracy and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Long Range Scenario: build and maintain comprehensive financial models to support middle/longterm strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation (5 Years view).
  • Performance Analysis: Provide insightful analysis of key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow, highlighting trends, drivers, and areas for improvements.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Sales & Marketing, Access, Medical, and Backoffice structure to gather relevant data, align assumptions, and drive integrated business planning.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Adhoc Analysis: Conduct adhoc financial analysis and special projects as required, responding to inquiries from management and supporting strategic initiatives.

The professional individual we seek is a passionate contributor with these qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:


  • Doctorate degree OR
  • Master's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR
  • Associate's degree and 8 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of over 3 years in leadership positions.
  • Experience in accounting, transitioned through Financial Planning preferably in pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Bilingual English
  • Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan (as a plus) and Tableau (as a plus)
