Responsibilities:


What will you work on:

The main purpose of this role, aligned with IT Global DevSecOps model, will be:

Local PBF Legacy Systems Support and monitoring solutions:

  • Incident Management (fixes to business continuity)
  • Problem Management (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving & Definive Fix)
  • Change Request Management (to baseline solutions and minor enhancements, until 80 hours effort)
  • Release and Deploy
  • Driving the use and leverage of the standard tools, reports and processes to support IT DevSecOps operational model transition and evolution (RELEASE)

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?
Previous experience of related IT business work, experience managing a team with the ability to develop teams and cultivate talent;
Knowledge of Sales processes and integrations points related business processes

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements

Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.

Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: Service Now, ITIL tools & processes and production support experience

Solves highly complex problems within their work team

Fluency in english
