Job Description Summary:

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be an active contributor to the global management of recruiting activities as well as collaborate for the success of recruiting in the Americas region.

This role will require you to interact with the Recruiter all over the world, helping to provide solutions to attract new talent to the organization.

Your Role:

Support recruitment activities in Latin America
Support internal requisitions globally
Comanage external job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications)
Support TA team on data consolidation, analysis and recruiting management activities
Support TA team to innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent

Basic Qualifications:

Studying second year of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or related areas.
Fluent English
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications:

Good communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals
Good at research, data consolidation & analysis
High level of integrity regarding the confidential nature of the position
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Spanish speaking
