We are hiring the best talent for Regional Marketing Manager LATAM Biosense Webster to be located in n key countries of Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Chile, Buenos Aires) - (Relocation Not Applicable).


In this role you will be able to advise and coordinate critical processes related to business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, communications and public relations plans, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing for our Electrophysiology business in Biosense Webster in Latin America.


Quantifies and ensures the quality, timeliness, and efficient manner in which marketing programs are implemented across the region and provides leadership on key business issues.

Also develops and executes the tactical annual marketing plan for regional initiatives, establishing and managing relationships with outside vendor agencies while ensuring adherence to the annual budget.

Participates in the design of sales incentive scheme to ensure alignment to the established marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design of organization under his/her responsibility to meet enterprise objectives.
  • Responsibility for coaching and mentoring of direct reports, while driving a strong talent agenda and bench strength.
  • Has a direct contribution to the development of the platform/specialty strategy in the different clusters of the region. Works closely with Originating Companies (OC); provides recommendations/input for the development of our marketing strategy considering the region's market needs.
  • Represent LATAM region market requirements at the OC in Platform Leadership Teams (PLTs).
  • Responsible for LATAM Targeting, Segmentation and Pricing strategies for each product in the specialty, and conducting Market Research to validate.
  • Responsible for developing marketing collateral and support materials aligned to above strategies.
  • Leads new product/ programs launches into the region exercising LEX (Launch Excellence).
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing market intelligence reports and providing strategic feedback to the organization. Responsible for building Strategic Plan forecast
  • Drive crossmarket communication and learning to ensure best practices and competitive insight are shared across markets.
  • Accountable for Sales and P&L (GP, Opex, MNI, FCM) attainment for the respective platform/specialties.
  • Responsible for executing new standards of Marketing Excellence in the organization.

Qualifications:


Qualifications Education:

  • University / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA degree preferred.
  • 10 or more years of leadership experience in commercial roles with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results in challenging business environments.
  • Previous background in Healthcare, ideally in the Cardiovascular space.
  • Marketing acumen and demonstrated ability to shape our marketing strategy
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
