Responsibilities:


The Opportunity

  • Analyse and approve product Artwotks to guarantee that the information to consumers are clear and the information about the Call Center is right.
  • Support and develop CR Team Brazil.
  • Support new and existing PepsiCo consumers and customers, helping to drive retention, increase member engagement, and maintain high levels of consumer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, working closely across PepsiCo Teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the consumer / customer ́s business to provide tailored solutions and advice.
  • Act as a consumer/customer advocate within the company, representing their feedback and needs to relevant teams.
  • Work closely with PepsiCo Departments to understand the business focus to provide new ideas using Call Center Data base.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for Insights Director and PepsiCo Departments regarding the information received by Call Center.
  • Create and execute a success plan that aligns with PepsiCo business objectives and maximizes the value that consumers and clients receive from our solutions (process and procedures).
  • Digitalized Consumer Relations services, such as whatsapp bot implementation.

Your Impact
As Gerente Inteligencia Mercado your scope would consist of:

  • Drive CR Vision into Insights, MKT, R&D, Quality / factories strategies.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate insights coordinating all available sources and reports to impact the company decision.
  • Provide weekly / monthly reports to PepsiCo Departments.
  • Support development of plans to new Call Center teams to new projects (ex. Sales Strategy, Sales, Social Media) to support the needs of the company.
  • Support the Call Center to critical cases / recalls.
  • Demonstrate the ability to crossfunctionally gather, analyze, and make recommendations that help drive a better service provided to consumer.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Insights, MKT, Quality/ factories, R&D and Sales areas to improve the business view of consumers and customers needs by influencing the next decisions.

  • Ability to lead strategic agendas.
  • Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong analytical and insights skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from Call Center to drive decisions.
  • Consumer / Customer relations experience.
  • Strategic thinking skills ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution, including strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
