Eaton's EPG LAC Latin AmericaCaribbean Division division is currently seeking a Gerente de Vendas (Electrical Market).

What you'll do:

Job responsibilities

This position has as primary function managing, planning and control of activities of sales programs in São Paulo State level as well as managing, planning and follow-up of external sales team, sales representatives and Application engineer.

Main target market are Channels (Panel Builders, Machinery OEM and Distributors) and selected End users.

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Technology, Administration or Technical Field
Consistent sales experience, prospect and client relationship;
English skills knowledge at upper intermediate level
Experience with people leadership and sales management;
Great experience in Electrical OEM market and go to market on Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Market;
