Responsibilities:


The Opportunity


This position is responsible for support 1st Party Data and consumer engagement strategy implementation assuring compliance with GDPR/LGPD as well as organize the data and transform it into actionable insights and content for the region.


Your Impact
As Consumer Data and Engagement Sr.

Specialist your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Support LatAm on following PepsiCo defined global governance practices on managing data, as well as driving acceptance of PepsiCo's enterprise data standards and policies across the various business segments.
  • Support 1st Party Data implementation assuring compliance with GDPR/LGPD and LatAm regulations.
  • Followup with external partners as required (for creatives adaptation, setup in media buying tools, etc.).
  • Responsible for post campaign: performance analysis, collection and codification of best practices.

Data & tech: help understand current landscape, support deployment of defined strategy, etc.

  • Data Science & Digital Analytics, help unearth deep behavioral audience insights and deploy predictive modeling and automation leveraging MarTech tools.
  • Support Latam launch and management of martech tools implementation for omnichannel consumer centricity.

Qualifications:



¿Who Are We Looking For?

- +6 years of experience working in Data Governance or Data Management; data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use/consumption and data quality.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights that can drive business growth.
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects at once. (2 + years)
  • Agile and growth mindset (1+ year preferred)
  • Ability to to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Location:
Argentina, Chile, Brasil, Colombia and Mexico.
