Delivery Pro, and looking for an experienced account manager.
Tasks and duties are to:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationship;
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts;
- Customize strategies to optimize retention of the clients;
- Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented;
- Create loyalty programs to ensure client satisfaction and engagement;
- Solve clients' inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner;
- Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts;
- Refining of sales strategies for new clients acquisition;
- Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth;
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies;
- Promote the product to potential clients.
You will be a good fit for our team if you:
- 2-4 years of experience as a key account manager/customer success representative is required;
- Experience in B2B sales is a great advantage;
- Strong commercial and sales skills;
- Knowledge of the local service market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- Time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills;
- English on a professional level is required.
