- inDrive is developing new verticals of the business, and by combining the experience and practices, we are launching a new line of delivery for large businesses — inDrive.
Delivery Pro, and looking for an experienced account manager.


Tasks and duties are to:


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationship;
  • Provide customer oriented service to key accounts;
  • Customize strategies to optimize retention of the clients;
  • Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented;
  • Create loyalty programs to ensure client satisfaction and engagement;
  • Solve clients' inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner;
  • Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts;
  • Refining of sales strategies for new clients acquisition;
  • Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth;
  • Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies;
  • Promote the product to potential clients.

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a key account manager/customer success representative is required;
  • Experience in B2B sales is a great advantage;
  • Strong commercial and sales skills;
  • Knowledge of the local service market
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
  • Time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills;
  • English on a professional level is required.
