Objective:
The program includes hands-on learning, client-facing role rotations, mentoring, and professional development. Client-facing internal learning experiences will align you with our vision and strategy.

Scope of role:
The intern will operate within the Customer Success Management group in the Latin American Market.

Main responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of messenger users, training the users, handling their requests, as well as requests from audit bodies.

The intern will also support the other CSMs on their accounts and their end-users usability of our products, rather it be in Wealth Management, Commodities, Investment & Advisory or Trading.

The program provides college students with the knowledge needed to successfully build a career in the global financial services industry.


Position requirements:

  • Curious selfstarter with critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both individually and on a team
  • Highenergy and ability to work in front of customers
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Interest in Financial Markets, Technology, & Data
  • Portuguese + English fluency. Spanish is a plus.
  • 4 semesters to graduation
