The Work You'll Do:

More specifically you will:

Approach UI challenges with systemic, bigpicture thinking to craft a worldclass user experience across all products and platforms
Work with React, and modern web technologies
Build small pieces of UI in a sustainable, reusable way across our organization
Build code that is performant and has pixel perfect execution
Collaborate with other developers and designers to explore all possible solutions and identify the best path forward
Document effectively for all current and future developers' ease of use

What We Need From You:

24 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
Experience with modern web technologies and techniques such as HTML5, CSS3 standards, CSS frameworks and CSS preprocessors
Experience with and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, or Angular
Experience with JavaScript build tools, such as Babel and Webpack, and Javascript testing frameworks, such as Jest, Jasmine, or Mocha
Familiarity with responsive design, and crossbrowser development and testing
Able to solve difficult software and UX problems with some ambiguity
Pushes for information to avoid solving the wrong problem and mitigate UI risks early in the process to avoid feature delays
Enjoys working closely with design teams to create award winning interfaces
Track record delivering frontend software that is correct, stable, performant, secure and accessibility compliant
