The project Operations Manager will support the Project Manager by managing the operational activities of train project.
He/she will coordinate the operational project team (such as PrEM, PrIM, PrSM, PrPM, PrTCM, PrCCM, ) and ALSTOM Participating Units in accordance with QCDP objectives of the project.
- Coordinate and animate the operational team of the project
- Ensure regular project team meeting, followup of open items, arbitration and decisionmaking power for result optimization
- Engage problemsolving animation when technical and/or operational issues are identified
- DFQ process: support Gate Review preparation
- Configuration and
Change Management:
CCB attendance and decision-making power for change execution
- Coordinate logistic aspects (if any) with Participating Units and arrange technical support (if any)
- Efficient and relevant reporting to the Project Manager and ALSTOM Management
- Project Reviews: support CPR/RPR, MPR, WPR preparation
- Support Risks, Savings and Opportunities reviews
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards: Code of Ethics & Compliance, EHS, Railway Safety, Quality, Project Management Manual
Qualifications & Experience

Mandatories:
- Master Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of business and industrial environment.
- Experience in operational lead function (Such as: Planning management, cost management, industrial management).
Desirable:
- Project Management knowledge
- Manufacturing / Engineering / Supply Chain
- Knowledge of railway industry
