The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals.

It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service.

The Product Team works closely with Asian HQ and other crossfunctional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products. We're focused on making incredible solutions to our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager who seeks to change the face of ecommerce as we know it.   • Understand and build the Tax roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's OKRs with a clear vision of its impacts.
  • Mapping the business needs (tax) related to the logistics operation to build new products.
  • Understand the functioning of existing products or business strategies in order to propose improvements and adaptations.
  • Leading and controlling workflows, ensuring that all requirements are met, respecting deadlines, dependencies and constraints.
  • When necessary, study laws, ordinances and regulations in addition to learning from related areas (Tax and Legal).
  • When necessary, study API documentation and integration manuals.
  • When necessary, manipulate data to gain insights for decisionmaking, discoveries and roadmap construction.
  • Coordinate and mediate development with the local (BR) and regional (SG) Engineering and Design teams.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or business fields.
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English to work with local and overseas teams. English will be the main working language.
  • SQL intermediate, Rest API intermediate (know how to read and understand API documentation), Postman.
  • Excellent analytical skills to not only build dashboards from unstructured data but also to extract insights helpful for the product team.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with clear logical thinking.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the Asian market.
