Job Description Summary:
Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. Partners with functional owner to define requirements.

Works with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality.

Ensures project management practices are followed and improved as needed.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Work closely with CORPORATE LATAM COE & business crossfunctional teams (tax/legal/finance) to assess, plan and define roadmap strategy (TSA/On Premise/SaaS) for all LATAM apps (+30);
  • Identify key requirements needed as per each countries' requirements from crossfunctional teams and external vendors;

Role Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement;
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance;
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached (requirements, timeline, documentation etc);
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
  • Represent Spin Off during Steering Committees to LATAM Leadership team.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
