ABOUT THE JOB:

Responsibilities include:

Customer credit analysis for new deals,
Contract analysis as per company ́s policy and local regulations,
Responsible for customer software delivery,
Create the billing schedule, according to the contract, ensuring the correct billing request,
Ensure all revenue allocations/adjustments are accounted for accurately and timely, and duly communicated to relevant stakeholders to facilitate in their accurate forecasting of revenues (accounting and controller),
Deferred revenue control,
Provide some advisory support to various lines of businesses to ensure deals are structured in accordance with company revenue recognition and IFRS 15 rules,
Support business in assessing new deals for revenue recognition and other accounting implications to determine areas for optimization and process improvement and identify inherent risks related to revenue,
Work closely with the headquarters team to ensure understanding of new company rules and changes, whether strategic or operational,
Microsoft Excel skills is essential,
English is mandatory and Spanish is a plus.

ABOUT YOU:

Skills:

Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish desirable
Strong communication, analytical and problemsolving skills
Team player, able to partner with other internal groups and management
Personal commitment to deliver tasks/projects on time and with quality
Able to work in a fast pace, collaborative environment

Education and Experience:

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
35 years of experience on similar positions in Finance
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to understand financial models
Software Revenue recognition under IFRS 15 is a plus,
SAP knowledge is a plus
