The
Intake Consultant Identifies, coordinates, and provides direction to various learning resources, setting priorities and managing efforts by interfacing with senior management, project team members, and the client to meet customer and company expectations.


Key Activities:


  • To engage with Seniorlevel stakeholders including Heads of Learning and Learning Managers to understand the learning needs of the organization and how this supports the aims, objectives, values, and culture of the business.
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand relevant business issues.
  • Develops and manages a set scope of work within one or more projects through setting effective expectations, communication, change management control, budget control and management, issue escalation and resolution, and overall business understanding of the project needs
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Resolves resourcing constraints or conflicts
  • Escalates visibility to issues; offers solutions and drives issues to resolution
  • Oversees budget and project spend
  • Maintains routine communications (written and verbal) with senior management and the client concerning all aspects of the project
  • Monthly Demand Planning Meetings, planned and ad hoc with recommended agenda
  • Demand Funnel visibility for key Stakeholders demonstrating deliver activity in relation to AOP and audience objectives
  • Provide main point of contact to Learning Partners for planning the delivery of learning for multiple audiences / courses
  • Understand clien business objectives and priorities / L&TD objectives and priorities
  • Monitor the launch timings of new requests and their audience objectives, work with relevant GP resources to plan accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • English, Portuguese and Spanish languages advanced.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related areas.
  • Experience in training programs and corporate education.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid scheme
  • São Paulo (Zona Sul)
  • Good skills in MS Office tools.
