Your role

Are you an analytical and inventive thinker? Are you interested in develop M&As, IPO and Bonds pitches for the largest companies in the Brazilian and Global market?
We're looking for an Investment Banking Intern to:
support to the team in the executions of M&A, ECM and DCM transactions;

- support the team in conducting sector research and detailed analysis;
- support analysts in financial models build-up;
- projects and pitchbooks execution of the key deals in the segment.

Your team

You will be working Investment Bank team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We execute a wide variety of industrychanging transactions in capital markets. You will work directly with many of our senior executives, and others UBS teams across the worldwide. At UBS BB you will have a unique experience in a Global bank, with strong local presence and unparallelly worldwide reach.

Your expertise
- students of Business Administration, Engineering or Economics with graduation date from dec/24;
- some knowledge in accounting and corporate finance;
- solid skills in Microsoft Office - specially in Excel and Power Point;
- ideally fluent English;
- good communication skills - verbal and writing;
- strong attention to details and focus;
- previous experience in Investment Banking will be a plus.
