Responsabilidades e atribuições
Provide support, learn, participate and perform activities in the HR area, especially in payroll, benefits, charges and document control of active and inactive employees, policies, procedures and indicators, according to the course of academic training, by performing, supporting and assisting the team, processes, projects and routines of the sector, acting under guidance, in order to add practical learning, meet the company's procedures and strategies, ensuring compliance and legality of the company's personnel administrative routine, according to current legislation.
Requisitos e qualificações
Higher Education:
Graduation in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, similar courses;
Mandatory - Studying to graduate in a Higher Education Institution;
Desirable - Intermediate English / Office Package / ERP System / BI Systems;
Desirable - Organization / Problem solving / Focus / Discipline / Proactivity.
