Responsibilities:

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking to hire a

Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our Americas TA Team.

Review CVs and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Provide proactive, professional and exceptional support to our global team and hiring managers

Qualifications:

Previous recruitment experience with global companies
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Portuguese (addition of Spanish will be a competitive advantage)
Must be detail oriented and produce work with a highlevel of accuracy
Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors), ATS systems (iCIMS) and Linkedin Recruiter
A selfmotivator with fast learning
A demonstrated passion for recruiting and providing amazing customer service
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Must be selfmotivated, accepting responsibilities and completing assigned action items in a proactive manner
Ability to travel within LATAM
