People & Culture Business Partner Specialist - São Paulo/ SP:
The incumbent is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

This position serves as a liaison between the management team, P&C department, and employees to
develop, enact, and monitor human resources initiatives and programs across the business. This is a
highly dynamic role, balancing direct oversight of P&C efforts and employee relations with
long-term strategic direction and implementation of
employee hiring, development, and retention plans to enhance business performance and profitability.



What you'll do:

Consult managers and employees regarding all HR-related issues and questions.
Ensure all personnel measures (hirings, transfers, warnings, terminations).
Provide mediation and solve conflicts.
Consult the management in questions regarding labor law and compensation.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, engagement, increase productivity, and retention.

Liaison between P&C Business Support Brazil and local businesses, conducting and aligning activities:

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the P&C group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provide guidance and input on business restructures, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
  • Support the selection process.
  • Conduct training to develop employees in P&C processes (recruitment, feedback, competencybased interviews, etc.).
  • Ensure the best employee experience from onboarding to exit.

Who we are looking for in you?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or any related areas
  • Proven track of experience in Human Resources and general knowledge in the area
  • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese
  • Crosscultural competence, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills, very good negotiation skills, as well as very good communication.
