About the job Zendesk Implementation Consultant


There would be some dependencies on other existing Zendesk workflows (the client's Ops and Product teams are using Zendesk as well), so the client would want to make sure other teams' rules remain intact.


Someone with more experience in
architecting or redesigning Zendesk workflows would be ideal for helping the client avoid any pitfalls that might become major issues or blockers in the future as their Zendesk footprint increases.


Salary:
R$1.00 - R$10.00 per month
