Job Description Summary:
Sr. Operations Manager

Essential Responsibilities

Respond for total GA LAM sales and margin
Develop and execute long and shortterm OTR strategies
Directly lead the Sourcing, PMO, Contract Admin, Project Management, Field Engineering & customer support teams
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices for improving our products, systems or services delivery processes.
Uses an understanding of industry trends to the decisionmaking process
Uses a high level of judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in OTR.
Adopt a coaching attitude with directly leaders, provide them with timely, relevant and direct feedback to help them develop their leadership skills
Supporting in building organizational capacity, reducing complexity and maximizing team performance
Has the ability to assess the quality of incoming information and question conflicting data for analysis
Communicates complex messages and negotiates primarily internally with others to adopt a different point of view.
Influences colleagues to act and may negotiate with external partners, suppliers or customers
Proactively contribute to the lessons learnt process for OTR to simplify GE processes

Qualifications:

Desired

Postgraduate or master's degree
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Natural leadership and capacity for crossfunctional influence to mobilize and commit resources when necessary
