Responsibilities:


  • Presentation of events;
  • Analysis of the results of class satisfaction;
  • Participation in internal training for selfdevelopment;
  • Participation in client training;
  • Analysis and validation of existing content;
  • Assistance in the development of new content;
  • Monitoring of onsite activities at the client.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of professional experience;
  • Knowledge of telecommunications (B2C/B2B) is essential
  • Experience in Callcenter.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Power Point;

Education:
A bachelor degree / technical degree.
